the purchase of your EconoGen System. Subsequent years can be purchased if desired.
 
WHAT IS INCLUDED?

The plan includes several benefits that the buyer of the EconoGen system will enjoy such as:
 

• Bi-monthly (every other month) generator system servicing by professionals. This includes a diagnostic check as well as all required periodic services, including oil changes.
   

 

• The option to have your system dismantled and moved to your new residence (mileage charges apply) if you are moving houses within our service area. If you are leaving our area, we will assist you in safely dismantling and packing your system so it can be safely transported.

• and...we saved the best for the last. The EconoGen Emergency Power Guarantee). Should your generator system fail during an outage we will replace your generator with a replacement to get your power restored as soon as possible. Since we are not only a dealer, but also an approved DuroMax Service Center, we will quickly handle the necessary repairs and get your generator back to you ASAP. Try suggesting this to our competitors! Our goal is to have our customers power restored as quickly as possible and we maintain spare generators specifically for this purpose. Our generators are extremely reliable and we use the same model at our home. It has provided uninterrupted service for over 3-years at the time of this writing. We expect your system will be equally as reliable. However, it's good to know that if you ever have a power in the middle of an outage, your Premier Service Plan contains our Emergency Power Guarantee.
